DESIGN
Our design laboratory develops and manufactures metrology fixtures and component holding solutions.
These include positioning fixtures, checking gauges and mechanical aids designed specifically for components made from thermoplastic materials. Each fixture is engineered to support reliable metrological inspection of the component and to ensure a high level of confidence in the dimensional results. Quick-action clamping systems secure the component during measurement, while spring-loaded elements help to accelerate recurring inspections and batch testing.

3D PRINTERS
AOur design laboratory operates eight 3D printers for the production of prototypes, tooling and fixing fixtures: seven FDM systems (Fused Deposition Modelling) and one resin printer.
The equipment includes a MINGDA MD1000 large-format FDM 3D printer with a build volume of 1000 × 1000 × 1000 mm.
It can manufacture large components in a single piece, eliminating subsequent assembly operations and reducing production time. The system is particularly suitable for applications requiring large dimensions, continuous production and reliable operation over extended printing cycles, such as automotive, industrial design, advanced prototyping and tooling production.
The availability of eight 3D printers with different technical capabilities adds significant value to the service. Product prototypes can be produced quickly and checked for conformity before industrial production begins, helping to identify and prevent potential design and manufacturing errors at an early stage.
