ZEISS INSTRUMENTS
THREE-DIMENSIONAL MEASUREMENTS For three-dimensional measurements, our laboratory is equipped with:
COMPUTED TOMOGRAPHY For 3D computed tomography, we use the CT ZEISS Metrotom: an advanced machine which only a few service companies have in Italy. Thanks to this, we can perform sophisticated X-ray scans, which allow us to provide non-destructive 3D checks, detecting inaccuracies and anomalies that would otherwise remain hidden, even to the most attentive eyes.
CAD-3D MODELLING Within our 3D laboratory, in addition to three-dimensional measurements and scans, we also perform CAD - 3D modeling of technical, mechanical and design parts with high complexity index. Through a cutting-edge technological platform - supplied by PTC - we reconstruct the 3D solid model, starting from simple sketches, two-dimensional drawings or directly from existing samples (reverse engineering).
