What types of machines do we use?

Optical 3D Measuring Machines
These are advanced tools used to acquire three-dimensional data of objects and surfaces. These tools utilize optical principles and other modern technologies to quickly and accurately capture detailed information about the shape, size, and surface of objects.

ZEISS O-INSPECT, for example, offers maximum accuracy of results with excellent image definition even in peripheral areas and a four-times larger field of view.

Tactile Coordinate Measuring Machines

ZEISS ACCURA
Machines maintain reliable accuracy and reduce measurement times thanks to integrations like the ZEISS VAST Navigator or VAST Performance along with ZEISS VAST measuring heads. Additionally, they enable innovative solutions such as an automatic probe change system, the HTG option, and four-axis measurement using a flexible rotary table.

X-ray Computer Tomographs
These perform scans of products made from various materials in a non-destructive and comprehensive manner, allowing for the analysis of both the exterior and interior of samples and corrections with the highest precision through a single X-ray scan and data processing in the integrated computer system. The impeccable traceability of the system is ensured by the confirmed compliance with applicable standards, precision engineering, and our calibration routines.

ZEISS METROTOM 800
The first computed tomography machine at TECHNE, specialized in the analysis of plastic parts. The METROTOM 800 detector has a resolution of nearly three million pixels with very high detail accuracy.

ZEISS METROTOM 1500
To support this increasingly sought-after service, TECHNE has also added the Metrotom 1500 model to its portfolio. This tomograph enables even more reliable quality control. It can detect even hard-to-see defects thanks to the 3K detector, which generates high-resolution 3D volume data sets with even faster scan times (reduced by up to 75%) through the various operating modes of the detector.
